Hey GYB Fam! If you have been keeping up with your regularly scheduled appointments;-) you may have noticed we have lots of new toys to help you move better and get fitter.
Our new stationary crawl machine, aka 'Lady in Red" and our Vertical Maxi Climber, aka "Mad Maxi" add an element of resistance and conditioning to your resets and allow you to further "feel" your body working as a unit.
We also procured Battle Ropes for conditioning purposes. Battle Ropes "The key to their effectiveness is that they work each arm independently, eliminating strength imbalances as they train your grip core and body," says John Brookfield, creator of the original battling-ropes system.
We are offering small group classes starting in February and partnering with social fitness platform Class Pass to continue spreading the word about the Movementality and our unique form of movement restoration, strength acquisition and PAIN FREE Conditioning.
In a concerted effort to keep adding an element of challenge to "Pressing Reset" we acquired ankle and wrist weights which add load to the resets. "Adding external load to the resets can give the body more information to work with. This information in turn helps us remember and restore natural movements and reflexes we were born with. In addition, through load we increase the amount of proprioceptive input the brain receives. The increased input sharpens postural reflexes and motor control."
